At Tony’s Chocolonely, we want you to be 100% crazy about your chocolate; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for chocolate that has been opened or melted after delivery.
Return Process

Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your bars.
- 2.Provide Photo Evidence
Attach clear photos of the packaging and the product if you are reporting damage or a quality concern.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a return authorization or process a replacement immediately.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days to ensure your balance is restored.
